Coach Luis Gyles

I started CoreInU to turn my passion for health and wellness into meaningful work—guiding people to move better and live healthier. “CoreInU” means tapping into your body’s natural ability to work in harmony, building stability from the inside out so you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in daily life.

My focus is seniors and corrective exercise. We begin with a simple mobility and balance screen, then build a joint-smart plan that supports everyday wins—standing with ease, tackling stairs, walking comfortably, and reducing stiffness and pain. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why. Expect reliable communication, patient coaching, and clear home routines to keep progress going between sessions.

Testimonials

What clients are saying about Luis

Dr. Frank Anania

I have been training with Luis Gyles for over seven years. When I first met him, I was terribly out of shape and nearly fifty pounds heavier than where I am today. Though I am almost 63 years old I am in the best shape of my life. I have reduced my waist size by four inches and can do a lot more physically without becoming short of breath.

Luis is very responsible, professional, and tailors each workout to match your abilities and needs. He frequently stresses the importance of nutrition and activities outside of training. Even after years, he keeps sessions fresh with new techniques. An outstanding trainer and coach.

Gregg Levy

I have worked with Luis throughout my mid- to late 60s, focusing on balance, core strength, and flexibility—all areas where I had substantial room for improvement. Luis has been tirelessly and patiently effective, always providing constructive feedback, support, and encouragement.

He knows my limits and gently encourages me to reach beyond them. He was creative in converting sessions to virtual during the pandemic. Unlike my prior experiences, I look forward to training and feel a sense of accomplishment each time. He has my enthusiastic endorsement.

Beth Mizuno

Luis has been my personal trainer for over 4 years. Even after all this time, he continues to come up with new and challenging workouts based on his deep understanding of how muscles work. We train the whole body—core, legs, arms, and back—with careful attention to correct and safe form.

He is positive, encouraging, and has a great sense of humor. I always look forward to my sessions with him and appreciate the energy he brings every time.
